HMO Conversion / Refurbishment
We provide the initial estimate and quotation for the HMO conversion works, we will schedule works to commence following completion with solicitors. We will advise Hull City Council regarding the change of use of the property and arrange for the building control commencement of works notification.
Following completion with solicitors we will arrange a site visit with our HMO Power Team prior to staring the initial strip-out works …we schedule 12 weeks for all HMO conversion projects from start to finish for building works.
On completion of works Hull City Council will visit the property to sign off works and issue a building control certificate.
We offer a full Consultancy (PM) service – overseeing the schedule of works for each HMO conversion.

Hull Investment Property specialise in supplying HMO furniture packages for our investors. Each HMO property is different therefore every room must be considered individually. Our vast experience will ensure we furnish each property in the most practical manner taking into account electrical sockets, TV points, radiators etc. We can supply a range of beds, wardrobes, chests, bedsides and other furniture to meet your requirements. We can also provide white goods such as fridges, fridge freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers for example.
To accompany our furniture packs, we can also arrange everything from sofa’s and soft furnishings to vertical blinds, pictures and mirrors for example or any other finishing touches you may require.
