You are free to decide your asking price, but we will visit and provide you with an evidence-based opinion. At the same time, we can make recommendations that may make the property easier to sell.

Marketing your property
If you agree for us to market your property, we will take care of everything – from photos and brochures to online marketing & more!
When you’re ready for the photos to be taken, we’ll pop back, measure up, compile detailed property notes and take some top-quality images. A floorplan will be added before advertising.
Nothing is published until you are 100% happy with it. In print or online. Once the carefully worded and well-presented sales brochure has been written, we will email you with a draft to review and tweak.
After a bit of compliance paperwork has been completed, we’re good to go!
Your property will be marketed on social media, our website and across all of the major property portals – Rightmove, On The Market, Zoopla & more.
There is no obligation to have a For Sale board outside your home, but it is proven to enhance your chances of selling. We can organise this as a part of your sales package.
Most importantly, our sales process is now live – and we can start to match the right people to your property.
Arrange your viewings & strike a deal
When it comes to how you handle viewings, it’s up to you. We can hold a key and stage accompanied viewings or you can do them yourself if you’d prefer.
When we receive an offer, we’ll let you know and negotiate with the buyer on your behalf until an acceptable price can be agreed.
When an offer is accepted, we will instruct both solicitors and the conveyancing process will begin.
Our experienced team will manage all aspects of the sale progression in-house, liaising with surveyors, assisting solicitors and dealing with any specialist contractor reports that may be required by the buyer.
